OPC Registration Procedure/ Process
OPC registration process completes in 7-10 working days. It happens in certain steps as prescribed by MCA, Government of India. Here is stepwise procedure for one person company registration in India.
- Apply For DSC (Digital Signature Certificate)
- Apply to obtain DIN (Director Identification Number)
- Start A business name search
- Apply for company name approval
- Draft MOA and AOA for the OPC registration
- Attach required documents with the application form
- Pay the company registration fee
- Obtain certificate of incorporation from the department
